Ghee is highly digest able and great for brain food. Only oil is coconut oil noddy can digest. All hydro used oil is dangerous su flour corn most dangerous and vegatable soya oil is leather. Do not eat cereals or oats fr wa mart will give you diabetes
Ma'am, please use healthy vessels to cook like mud and iron vessels. Modern non stick vessels are poisonous

Wow so delicious soup....thank you mam for wonderful recipies........mam u are telling keep it for 36 hrs.... But I soak them for 12 hrs and keep it for sprouting for 12 hrs..... The sprouts will be ready...... But I didn't get why you told 36 hrs.....

The moong when sprouted leaves it's skin. Do you have to wash after the sprouts have come because then the skin floats on the water. Should that be thrown.

Yes you can add potato, carrot and beans or peas to Khichdi add chopped methi to rice and dal and cook
