Take some Moth Beans (Dew Beans), Green Whole Moong Dal and Black Grams. Soak them separately for 12-14 hours and then take a cotton cloth and put the soaked Black Gram in it and tie a knot. In the same way, put the Green Whole Moong Dal and Moth Beans in the cloth and tie the knots. Then put them in a bowl and cover it with a plate. Put the bowl at warm place like in cupboard or in OTG. The pulses get sprouted in 10-12 hours during winters and in summers, it will take 6 hours.
Then wash the sprouts with the cold water and keep them in the fridge. In this way, you can sprout the pulses.
Use the Sprouted Pulses only for 2-3 days.
